She's 4

Happy 4th Birthday Georgia. It is hard for me to wrap my mind around you being 4. You are my feisty little girl. You are equally shy and bubbly. You love dresses, braids, sandals, anything sour - like lemons, playing 'family' and playing 'tag'. You are our spirited princess and we love you dearly. What a blessing you are. Happy 4th Georgia peach!

celebrating 4

We celebrated Georgia's 4th birthday at Sweet Frog this weekend. She loves frozen yogurt. The Georgia special is strawberry yogurt with strawberries, cherries, sprinkles and a gummy worm! It was  a simple and sweet celebration with family and friends. She was beyond thrilled with her party.

Georgia's teacher, Miss Crystal, even stopped by for the festivities!

the 4th

July 4th is probably my favorite holiday. Red, white and blue, the American flag and picnics make me so happy. We ventured up to the mountains this year for the annual parade/BBQ. Later that evening we went to the Blowing Rock Golf Course to sit on the green and watch the fireworks. It is such a beautiful setting and the fireworks are so close. It was our first year tear-free watching fireworks. Both kids ran on the green and played until the show began. Another wonderful 4th of July for the books! God Bless America!

Tweetsie

Summer is just flying by. Ours has been packed full of fun. A few weeks ago we headed to Tweetsie with Grammy and Grandaddy to see Thomas the Train. The weather was gorgeous and the kids had a blast. Us big kids had a blast too. Here are a few sweet photos from the day.
